This is our top-tier boutique, high-end, white glove design service. We select everything: fabrics, wall colors, window treatments, furnishings, art, decor, etc. We take the headache of designing and decorating your home off your shoulders, keeping you in the loop all along the way with weekly check-ins and a few in-person meetings to go over our designs.

We manage all aspects of the design process including renovations and scheduling contractors, plus storing and delivering furnishings, ensuring every aspect is done with excellence. This is a service for the client who wants their home to be designed with a trained eye, down to every detail, and perfectly executed with a result that looks like it belongs on the cover of a magazine (and sometimes…it will be!).  

• Design Service Fees include hours creating floor plans, creating a color/design scheme for each room, selecting the perfect furnishings and decor for each space, managing order of all furnishings, white-glove delivery for all furnishings, managing renovation projects including the scheduling of contractors, meeting with contractors, communication with contractors and overseeing work.
• Full-service design is the closest thing to a “big reveal” that you see on television since the installation of the designs are scheduled to be implemented within a specific time frame as close to each other as possible.
• Full-service is the most expensive service because it is a luxury service. We spend countless hours managing the entire design of your spaces. We can see it from beginning to completion, ensuring a better outcome. It frees you from the worries of managing the various aspects of the project and the headache of juggling so many details on top of the busyness of life. It also means you get the most professional and beautiful design because we are responsible for making sure it’s perfect!

This is the perfect service for the client who wants a designer’s help creating a floor plan and selecting the perfect items within the space, but would like to order all items and manage the project themselves.  

• Design Service Fees would include hours creating floor plans, designing, and selecting furnishings/decor to fit within your spaces, answering emails, in-person meetings and communicating with you.
• With this option, we will select furnishings from local and online retailers, allowing you to purchase directly from them. You will manage ordering and scheduling delivery of each item.
• With this service, you have the option to utilize our A la Carte services (shown below) where we will shop and decorate/style your rooms once all your furniture is delivered and placed. You would be charged hourly for this service. This would not include the cost of a design assistant and/or installer to hang art, window treatments, etc., if you decide to utilize this service.

Pick our designer’s brain for an hour! This service has helped many clients get a jump start to confidently design their home.

At our Master Design Consultations, we are happy to answer questions about many things dealing with the interior of your home. These normally include (but are not limited to):

• Furniture and home decor selection and placement
• Floor plan layout
• Stores and brands to consider
• Styling (surfaces, sofas, beds, walls etc.)
• Paint/wall treatments and drapery/window treatments
• Cabinetry and built-ins
• Fixtures, finishes and trims
• Construction and remodel ideas

Due to time constraints, we will not be able to offer all design advice. These include:

• Information on custom vendors, contractors, or other personal contacts
• Providing super precise measurements
• Personally ordering any items or overseeing any construction
• Tangible design deliverables beyond guidance and support (such as CAD renderings or room mockups)

Kindly Note: You will pay a prorated amount for any time that goes over the initial hour. This service does not allow the client to ask further design questions via email or text upon designer’s departure. Advice will only be given on the day of the consultation.

A detailed floor plan is the roadmap to a well-designed space making this the perfect service for someone who simply needs to know how best to lay out their room. After our initial consultation, we put together two floor plan options for you to select from. Both plans consider traffic flow, existing pieces you’d like to keep and the best use of the space.

Once you select your favorite floor plan, we will email you the plan along with exact measurements of each piece within the space. Then you will know how to place existing pieces and purchase/place new pieces with confidence!

Kindly Note: You must prepay for floor plans before they will be emailed to you.

This is simply an add-on service where we shop online and locally for art and decor that gives your space the finishing touches. Since every project is different, we would need to know the scope of work and a retainer might be required.
